What Beadwork Has Taught Me

Be patient. If you need to take it one step at a time, do it. Better to tread carefully then biff it.
Have a vision. If you need to, adapt and keep going. Often, your creation will turn out better than you could've imagined.
Don't be afraid to tear it apart and start over. No matter how far along you are, if you are not satisfied with it, start over. Do it as many times as you need.
Do not take anything a negative person says personally. Brush it off and keep going. Critics will always be around and you can't please them all. Just focus on you and your physical and mental wellbeing.
The right buyer will pay. Quality work may take longer to sell, but the right buyer will appreciate it and pay for it.
