Are you currently taking custom orders?
Not unless you're willing to wait 2+ months for your order.
Can I pay for a priority order?
No. First, it would be expensive to cut the line as you'd be paying for time, speed, and my sanity. 🤪 Orders are generally done in the order they are confirmed. Secondly, if you know you want something for a specific date, plan ahead and ask early.
What is the timeline?
This post gives the general overview for my average time and costs for my creations.
However, an estimated wait time can be found at the bottom of the Beadwork Queue on the homepage.
Can I return my custom item if I don't like it?
You can return the item, but you won't get a refund. It was custom made FOR YOU, following your specifications. My time and the materials I used can't be replaced.
Psst... I ask a million questions during the process and don't proceed without the customer's approval so...
What if there's a defect?
I strive for quality. I do not sell or ship anything if I wouldn't be happy with it. Items being shipped are not only packaged very securely, they also photographed how they left my possession. Cases where the item arrives damaged will be handled accordingly. I will do my absolute best to make it right.
If the item was found to be DELIBERATELY tampered with, there will be no replacement or refund.
How do I pay?
I'll give you a price based on your complete and approved order form, and you choose when and how to pay. The order must be paid in full before you receive your order. I accept, cash, paypal, venmo, and cashapp. I will not chase you down or remind you for payment; if you want your item, you can pay. I will work with you if you want to make payments, just ask. :)
Can I see a sample?
The website is full of pictures of my past and present work. If you want to come inspect the present items in person, follow my social media pages below for information about where I may be at in-person events local to the Mille Lacs Band.
What if I don't have a specific design?
That's okay. I will try to help you bring your idea to life.
What if you haven't made what I want?
There's a first time for everything. I'm always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow as a human being in general. If I haven't made something before that you want, then I would do everything in my power to find out how to make it. If I genuinely don't feel like I could do your vision justice, I may decline your order (but secretly work on something similar so that I can be better prepared for next time). ♡
What info do you need for a custom order?
The form asks for your name and email, so I can contact you. It also asks what type of item you want based on what type of orders I'm open to at the moment. The last question asks you to explain your vision and that's where you can go hog-wild explaining the colors you want, the size you want, any imagery you want me to reference, or things to be inspired by.
I have a vast collection of beads, and if I have to I would have no problem buying more if I need a certain color for your order.
